User Generated Content Policy.

This User Generated Content Policy applies to content created, uploaded, submitted, shared or transmitted by users through Audlle.

By using Audlle, you agree that the content you create or share must comply with this policy, our Terms of Use, Child Safety Policy and other applicable Audlle rules.

User-generated content on Audlle may include information and media you create or submit through different areas of the app.

You remain responsible for the content you submit to Audlle and should only upload or share content that you have the right to use.

You must not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, image rights or other legal rights.

By submitting content to Audlle, you grant Audlle the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, process, display, transmit and otherwise operate that content for the purpose of providing the Audlle service.

Content or behavior that creates safety risks, violates law or seriously harms other users is not permitted.

• Harassment, bullying, threats or targeted abuse.
• Hate speech or content attacking people based on protected characteristics.
• Content encouraging violence or credible threats of physical harm.
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse material.
• Grooming, sexual exploitation or solicitation of minors.
• Non-consensual intimate content.
• Content intended to sexually exploit, blackmail or extort another person.
• Impersonation intended to deceive, defraud or harm another person.
• Fraud, scams, phishing or deceptive schemes.
• Spam or abusive automated activity.
• Content used to coordinate or facilitate illegal activity.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.

Audlle is intended for genuine social interaction. Users must not use profiles, Moments, chat or other features to repeatedly harass, intimidate, threaten or deliberately humiliate another person.

Attempts to evade another user's block, repeatedly contact someone who has clearly asked for no further contact, or coordinate harassment may result in enforcement action.

Users must not share sexual or intimate content without the valid consent of the people depicted or involved.

Audlle strictly prohibits sexual content involving minors, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, child sexual abuse material and attempts to solicit such material.

Audlle must not be used to coordinate, promote or facilitate criminal or seriously dangerous activity.

• Fraud or financial scams.
• Trafficking or exploitation of people.
• Sexual exploitation.
• Credible threats of violence.
• Distribution of prohibited illegal material.
• Attempts to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, devices or systems.

You should only upload photographs, videos, audio, text or other content that you created yourself or have permission or another lawful basis to use.

Do not use another person's identity, photograph, personal information or copyrighted work in a way that violates their rights.

Audlle may review content, accounts and associated activity when content is reported, when suspicious activity is detected or when review is otherwise necessary to enforce our policies or protect users.

Audlle may use automated systems, technical signals, user reports and human review as appropriate to identify or investigate possible violations.

We may restrict visibility, remove content or take account-level action when content violates this policy or other applicable Audlle rules.

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates this policy, you may use Audlle's available reporting tools or contact our support team.

When this policy is violated, Audlle may take action based on the nature, seriousness, context and history of the violation.

• Remove or restrict access to content.
• Issue warnings or restrictions.
• Limit access to certain Audlle features.
• Temporarily suspend an account.
• Permanently terminate an account.
• Prevent repeat or abusive accounts from accessing Audlle.
• Preserve information where required for safety, dispute or legal purposes.
• Report serious illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Repeated violations may result in stronger enforcement, including permanent account removal.
